Reviewers single out a support team that "answered all my questions promptly", fast and secure delivery, and products that matched their descriptions.

Three details are worth weighing alongside it:

• Most reviews are old. Only 62 of the 961 reviews were posted in the last twelve months, and the newest when we checked was from August 21, 2026. The score mostly describes OrientDig's past, not its present.
• Trustpilot notes OrientDig hasn't recently asked for reviews and doesn't reply to negative ones. Fewer invitations can mean more organic reviews — but also no visible effort to fix complaints in public.
• The complaints that do exist mention expensive shipping, occasional slow delivery and, in one case, an item approved at QC despite documented defects.

Verdict: OrientDig's reputation is genuinely strong, but mostly earned before 2026. A small first order will tell you more about today's service than the average does.

Verdict: OrientDig's fixed costs are low and simple. Get a shipping quote from its estimator and compare it with one other agent before a big haul.

2012 or 2024? The question of OrientDig's age

OrientDig's footer carries a copyright line running from 2012, which suggests more than a decade of trading. KakoGuide checked the domain registration and found orientdig.com was registered in April 2024, and flags the gap as a concern. A company can trade under another name before registering a new domain, so the mismatch isn't proof of anything on its own — but it does mean the "since 2012" impression shouldn't carry much weight.

Its customs help pages also use older, threshold-based language written before the US ended its $800 duty-free allowance in August 2025 and before the EU's €3-per-category rule in July 2026, and KakoGuide found no published tax-included lines for the EU. If you're in either market, check what your quote includes rather than assuming duty is covered.

For EU buyers the practical step is simple: ask OrientDig which of its lines, if any, collect VAT and the €3 duty in advance, and get the answer in writing. For US buyers, ask whether duty is included in the line price or will be billed on arrival by the courier.

Verdict: Judge OrientDig by its roughly two-year public record, not its footer. That record is good, but short.
