What is Amazon Haul, and how does it work?

Amazon launched Haul quietly in November 2024 as a low-price section of its app. Every item is priced at $20 or less, most at $10 or less, and some as low as $1. It started in the US, expanded to the web, and by November 2025 was available in 25 countries and regions — including the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, Australia and Mexico — sometimes under the name Amazon Bazaar.

GeekWire reported that Haul's growth followed the end of the US de minimis exemption, which hit Temu and SHEIN's direct-from-China model, and that Amazon softens tariffs by using its US fulfilment network. Customer visits tripled between June and November 2025, and the range grew nearly 400% in a year.

Verdict: For cheap basics, Amazon Haul is now a serious option: Amazon's returns and A-to-z protection at Temu-like prices.

The overlap is smaller than it looks. Haul's $20 cap rules out most of what fills a finds spreadsheet — heavyweight hoodies, jackets, sneakers — and its catalogue is mass-market. Where they do overlap, on cheap tees, socks and accessories, Haul's returns and delivery usually win.

"Amazon finds" and "Amazon rep" spreadsheets, explained

Search "amazon spreadsheet" and Google shows seller tools: inventory trackers, profit calculators, order exports. The finds side of the term shows up in narrower suggestions — "amazon finds spreadsheet" on Google, "amazon spreadsheet reps" and "amazon rep spreadsheet" on Bing. These are creator lists of Amazon listings that resemble pricier items.

Two cautions apply, and a tip. The tip first: Haul's bulk discounts — 5% off orders of $50 and 10% off $75 — reward buying in one go, much like an agent's single parcel does.

Now the cautions. Amazon listings change and disappear often, so "rep" lists built on Amazon go stale quickly. And affiliate links in those spreadsheets pay the creator a commission — fine, but worth knowing when a list is suspiciously enthusiastic. Does duty change the maths?

Yes, and in Haul's favour for US buyers. Since August 29, 2025, every parcel from China to the US owes duty, which you pay on an agent haul. GeekWire reports that Amazon uses its US fulfilment network for Haul orders to soften tariffs, so Haul's listed prices already reflect that. In the EU, parcels under €150 from outside the bloc pay €3 per item category since July 2026; in the UK, goods under £135 still pay no customs duty, with VAT charged at checkout. What Amazon's A-to-z Guarantee adds to a Haul order

Amazon says every Haul purchase is covered by its A-to-z Guarantee, the protection that applies when a third-party seller's item doesn't arrive or isn't as described. According to Chargebacks911's explainer, a claim can be filed once the estimated delivery date has passed, or three days after delivery confirmation, and must be filed within 90 days of the estimated delivery date. That's a longer window than Haul's 15-day free returns, and it's the safety net behind the low prices. An agent haul has no equivalent after delivery; its protection comes earlier, at the QC stage, and through your card or PayPal dispute rights.
