MuleBuy Spreadsheet: Separating the Raid Story From the Record

Was MuleBuy raided? What's confirmed and what isn't

In August 2026 posts spread claiming MuleBuy's warehouse had been raided and stock destroyed, helped along by a photo said to show taped-up office doors. We went through the write-ups that tried to verify it. They agree on more than the rumours suggest:

That leaves a narrower, more useful picture. Something slowed MuleBuy down in August, and MuleBuy has chosen not to explain it publicly, which does not help. But "the warehouse was raided and everything is gone" is, so far, a claim without evidence. rep.tools puts it well: a loading website proves only that a server is paying its bills — which cuts both ways.

Verdict: MuleBuy is not confirmed closed and not confirmed healthy. Treat it as on watch: no big new balances until you see recent, trackable dispatches.

If a MuleBuy order has been stuck for weeks

Most of the August one-star reviews describe the same situation: an item bought, no sign of it reaching the warehouse after thirty days or more, and support tickets that go unanswered. If that's you, do these today rather than waiting for the rumours to settle:

1. Screenshot everything. Each order page, the warehouse status, your balance and every support message, with dates visible.
2. Match payments to orders. Keep the PayPal or card receipts next to the order numbers they paid for.
3. Find the original listing. Note the Weidian, Taobao or 1688 link behind each order, so you can rebuy elsewhere if you need to.
4. Stop topping up. Don't add money or place new orders while existing ones are unexplained.
5. Know your dispute deadline. If a refund request goes nowhere, your payment provider — not a Discord server — is the route with teeth.

Verdict: Paper trail first, payment dispute second. Community threads are useful for news, not for getting money back.

What MuleBuy offers when orders are moving normally

MuleBuy launched in 2024, in the reshuffle after Pandabuy's closure, and grew fast — in June 2026 the trade publication World Trademark Review described it as the leading agent of that post-Pandabuy wave. On paper the offer is simple and competitive:

A zero commission means the agent's margin comes from shipping and exchange rates instead, so the useful comparison is always the final landed total for the same haul, not the headline fee. That's true of every "0%" agent, not just MuleBuy.

MuleBuy's reviews: a high score with a recent dip

On paper MuleBuy has one of the best Trustpilot records of any agent: 4.7/5 from 2,962 reviews, 84% five-star and only 4% one-star, with 1,804 reviews in the past year. Reviewers praise fast delivery, reliable shipping lines and an image search that one called better than competitors' tools.

The average hides the timing. Several one-star reviews from August 2026 describe orders stuck for weeks, tickets ignored across every contact channel and, in one case, a withdrawal that left the account but never reached the bank. MuleBuy replied to about half of its negative reviews, typically within two weeks. A long record of good reviews tells you how MuleBuy used to perform; the last six weeks tell you how it is performing now.

Verdict: Read MuleBuy's newest reviews, not its star average. If recent ones show parcels moving again, the pause is probably over.

Using a MuleBuy spreadsheet with another agent

If speed after payment matters most, KakoBuy has the best measured dispatch time. Avoid swapping into ACBuy for now — its status is even less clear than MuleBuy's.
